In 2010, a banker presented an idea to a friend. It revolved around an interest they both shared; real estate. The plan made sense, the numbers looked good and both parties agreed to proceed.
Today, the plan has evolved from the purchase of a single town home into multiple property holdings and property management opportunities within the commercial, single family and multi-unit streams. This rapid rise led to the creation of our brand, Carlyle.
